Karen Lee Martin

Karen L. Martin, nee Pentecost, 72, of Fairview Heights, Illinois, formerly of Collinsville, Illinois, born, Aug 14, 1941 in East St. Louis, Illinois, died Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Illinois.

Karen was retired for the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Pentecost, her mother and step-father; Raymond and Carolyn, nee Hawkins, Redman, her husband, James H. Martin Sr., two sons; PFC James H. Martin Jr. and Christopher M. Martin, and a brother, Robert Pentecost.

Surviving is her daughter-in-law, Lori Martin of Belleville, Illinois, a step-son and his family, Woodford (Sandy) Martin of Collinsville, Illinois, a sister-in-law, Fran Pentecost, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
