Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII. Mr. Bell was employed by GMAC for 36 years on the production line. He volunteered much of his time to coaching Khoury League baseball and softball. He retired from being a volunteer fireman with the State Park Fire Department and devoted much time to the fireman's hall bingo. Joseph was a very giving man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Mary, nee Morro, Bell.
Surviving is his wife, Frances, nee Fosnock, Bell; his sons, Davie Bell, Ronnie Bell, and step-son, Rolla Hoffman; his daughters, Tina Bell and Tammie Bell; his grandchildren, Christopher Bell, Elizabeth Bell, Josh Kilbury, Brandi Kilbury, Jeremy Bell, Jason Bell, Matthew Bell, Rolla Hoffman, Jr., and April Hoffman; his three great-grandchildren, Ella Warren, Sierra Finch and Jax Bivens; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
