Elaine was born July 8, 1945 in St Louis, MO to Rudolf J. Jr. and Anna M. (Tucker) Stangl .
She is survived by her daughter, Jacqulyn Feliciano; grandchildren, Paul Feliciano, Patsy Feliciano and Adriana Marfisi; great-grandchildren, Alex, Ashtyn, Mason and Eden; sister, Tina (Karl) Kuster; and her beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Todd Edward Petty and her sister, Fran (Kent) Floyd.
Elaine loved her children and her grandchildren and she cherished their time together. Her spunky & vibrant personality will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A private family graveside will be held at a later date at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL. The family has entrusted Lake View Funeral Home with cremation rites.
Memorial donations in Elaine’s name may be made to the Metro East Humane Society.
