Dorothy Ann Little

Dorothy Ann Little was born on July 17th, 1941 in Campbell, Missouri to Ulysses and Lucile Osborn. She has two sisters Bonnie Thumour and Kathleen Corran. She married the love of her life and soulmate, Joseph T Little in Illinois on September 29th, 1958.

They started their family with the birth of Joseph Little Jr., Jerry Scott Little and Nathaniel Scott Little in Illinois. They moved to Denver, Colorado where they continued to grow their family with the birth of Steven Keith Little, Sandra Ann Little, Michael Jason Little and Daniel David Little.

Joe and Dottie loaded their family up and moved to Stuart, Florida in 1973 where they continued their residence. Dottie worked as a manager at the Days Inn in Hobe Sound, FL for many years. She also managed AAA employment in Stuart, but her favorite job was being a mom, grandma and great grandma. Dottie loved her children and her grandbabies. She loved our Lord, her husband and her family this was her life.

She was preceded in death by her mom Lucile, her dad Ulysses, her son Jerry Scott Little and sister Kathleen. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Joseph Little, her children Joseph Little Jr. of Stuart, FL, Scott (Angel) Little of Stuart, FL, Steve (Jeanette) Little of England, Sandy (Greg) Little of Palm City, FL, Mike (Sandy) Little of Stuart, FL and Daniel Little of Stuart, FL. She has 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She loved her flowers and chocolate, crocheting and cooking.

Please keep our family in your prayers as we mourn the loss of this wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister. As a family we rejoice knowing she’s in the presence of Our Lord and Savior and faith that we will be together again in heaven.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 1:00pm in Lake View Memorial Gardens.
