Betty Jean Cherry

Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be remembered by her generosity and humble nature. She enjoyed going out to eat, doing yardwork, and shopping, especially on QVC. Her fondest moments were those spent with her family and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Octavia, nee Kramer, Spears; her loving husband, Billy Cherry; her six brothers; her two sisters; and one brother-in-law, Bob Hastee.

Survived and missed by her son, Robert Bennett; one granddaughter, Renee Black; two grandsons, Robert and Matthew Bennett; three great-grandchildren, Clara, Jeriod, and Devon Black; two brothers, Larry (Marlene), and Sonny Spears; and one sister, Barbara Hastee; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
