Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late John Santos and Herminia (Ramhelette) Marshall, she lived most of her life in New Bedford before moving to Fairhaven.
Mrs. Pacheco had worked as a lunch aide in the New Bedford school system, retiring from Gomes School.
Lillian enjoyed music, dancing and singing with her grandkids. She had a sweet tooth and cherished phone conversations with family and friends. She loved going for rides with her beloved companion Ralph Beardsworth.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra Melo of N. Fort Myers, FL; two grandchildren, Brittany Faria and her husband Andre of Dighton and Matthew Melo and his wife Meagan of Dartmouth; two great grandchildren, Charlotte and Norah Faria; a sister, Dorothy Moniz of New Bedford; a special niece, Janice Moniz; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Charles Moniz and several siblings.
