Jean M. Costa

Born in Attleboro, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Blanche (Maigret) Audette.

Jean earned her Associates Degree in Business from Rhode Island College and worked as a Clerk at Benny’s in Fairhaven for many years until she retired. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were her pride and joy. She touched many lives, and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her children, Tara Costa of New Bedford, Eric Costa of Fairhaven, and Jason Costa of Fairhaven; three grandchildren, Samantha Costa, Sydney Costa, and Alyssa Costa; one great-granddaughter, Natalia Almeida; three brothers, Bill Audette, Paul Audette and his wife Mary Anne, and Ronny Audette and his wife Kathy; a sister, Ellen Bonin, and many nieces and nephews.
