Paula Ann Crouch

Paula was born in Bristol, VA to Paul and Glen Brown. She attended Francis C. Hammond High

School and in the years that followed, she attended night classes to get her GED. She married

Melvin Blake Foster, III on May 9, 1981, in Fairfax, VA. She began work as a bonding agent for

Roseberry Bonding Company in 1980. In 1985, Paula and Kyle Roseberry purchased the

business, thus renaming it, Roseberry & Foster Bonding Company. In 1994, Paula became the

sole proprietor and remained as such until her passing.

Paula is preceded in death by her parents, Paul, and Glen Brown; and her siblings, Mary-Jane

Brown Setzer, Frank Brown, Jimmy Brown, William (Billy) Brown and her husband, Melvin

Blake Foster, III.

Paula is survived by her daughters, Joyce Ann Tantoco and Wendy Lea Thacker;

granddaughters, Quinn Leanne Thacker, Savannah Jane Thacker, Cheyenne Rose Thacker and

Jadelyn Rose Tantoco.

Pallbearers will be David Thacker, Kodi Logan, Mark Brown, Bill Covert, Kenny Tarman and

Lon Dittrick.

Funeral services will be held at 12pm on Monday, October 10, 2022, at Demaine Funeral Home

in Fairfax City, VA with Robert Ash officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfax City Cemetery.
