Mario Ablang Salazar, age 74, of Chantilly, Virginia passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022. Mario was born December 18, 1947.
An avid lover of music, sports, cooking, shoes and his homeland of The Philippines, you could always count on Mario having a good story to tell on just about anything. He enjoyed the company of others, especially over a delicious plate of food or even just a cup of coffee.
Mario is survived by his wife of 43 years, Agnes. He was also a proud Father to Kevin, Karlo, Kris, and Kate; and more recently, a doting Lolo (Grandfather) to Rafael, Lana and Henry. He always put his family’s needs over his own and will surely be missed by all his loved ones.
Mario’s life will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at a visitation event from 5-8pm EST and then also on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 10-11am EST. Please see below for additional details.
