Margaret ‘Diane’ Martini was born on December 8, 1951 and passed away on May 16, 2022. She had no known living relatives, but was surrounded by a host of friends and colleagues. Diane was a dynamic vocalist and performed widely in the Greater Washington area. She served as ‘ Mission Support, Budget and Finance Lead’ for US Customs and Immigration until her retirement in 2018.
Always an animal lover, Diane supported several humane societies while spoiling her own kitties along with the dogs and other pets belonging to her friends. Ready to travel at a moment’s notice, Diane visited extensively throughout the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) but also Europe and Africa.
A memorial concert honoring her life will be held on Monday, June 20th
