Mr. Jarrel Marquis Hall was born on September 23, 1987 at a U.S. Army Military Hospital where his parents were stationed in Stuttgart, Germany. He was educated in the Fairfax County Public School System, graduating from Hayfield Secondary School. Afterward he moved on to complete his higher education obtaining dual Associates of Science degrees in Communication and Interactive Design at Northern Virginia Community College. He accepted Christ into his life at an early age, and was a kind, caring, loving and thoughtful person, who enjoyed good humor and laughter. He had a love for music, cooking gourmet meals, grilling, computers, and gardening. Jarrel had a true vision and talent for graphic design and was able to apply these skills as a Freelance Graphics Designer. He had also developed a special interest in his family’s Genealogy, and researching his Ancestry.
