Helen B. Downs age 85 of Fairfax, VA passed away peacefully on February 14, 2017. Visitation will occur on Friday, February 24 from 5pm-8pm at Demaine Funeral Home in Fairfax, VA. A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday February 25 at 11:30am at Fairfax United Methodist Church, 10300 Stratford Avenue, Fairfax, VA.
