She retired as a dedicated officer in the CIA’s Counterproliferation Division. She is survived by her husband Thomas and son Ryan Judge, both of Fairfax VA. She is preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Theola Fisk of Lakewood, New York and brother Kenneth Fisk Jr. and his wife Linda of Buffalo, New York.
Other relatives and loved ones include Joan and Bob Patterson, Michael Judge, Brenda Catlett (deceased), Al and Jane Catlett, Brendan and Demi Patterson, Reverend Siobhan Patterson (deceased), Brian and Adrianne Patterson, Tim and Brighid Leonardi, Sean and Melissa Patterson all of Maryland, Maire Grace and Bharat Chandu, Eireann Patterson of Virginia, Pat and Chuck Lucas, Linda and Brad Austin of New York, Robert and Kathleen Fisk of Maine, as well as many other relatives in Western New York, South Carolina, Ireland, and Sweden.
Cindy’s interests included gardening, ornithology, macrame, music, classic films, collecting cookbooks among many others. Cindy was also a dedicated fan of the Washington Nationals, Washington Capitals, and the Buffalo Bills. Cynthia was known for her warm and welcoming personality, great sense of humor, and an enjoyment of the simple things in life, by those who knew her most.
A memorial service will be held at Demaine Funeral Home in old Fairfax City, Virginia (10565 Main St.) on January 7th, 2023, at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following: American Horticultural Society, The Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Discalced Carmelite Nuns of Covington Louisiana and INOVA Health Foundation.
