She was born November 3, 1925 in Arlington, to the late Mattie and Edward Moore.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three children: Robert L. Rowland, and his wife Donna, Roger L. Rowland, and his wife Anita, and Sheila A. Rowland; two sisters: Mary Agnes Fendley and Mayonie Bradford; and 7 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren, and 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Demaine Fairfax Funeral Home on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 11:00am to 12:00pm. A funeral service will be held at Demaine Fairfax Funeral Home at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at National Memorial Park.
