Pamela Ann McNutt Baker, 69, of Fairdale, KY, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017. She was a former medical assistant and a Baptist by faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley McNutt, Sr. & granddaughter, Brandi Nicole Hatch.
Survived by her daughters, Cheryl Jones-Thompson, Kimberly Ann Baker & Kerri Ann Ducey, brothers, Stanley D. McNutt, Jr. (Janis) & Gary Wayne McNutt, 7 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 1-8PM at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home & Cremation Services 411 Fairdale Rd.. Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 12PM at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be to Alzheimer's Association.
