Michael Laverne Wise, 57, of Fairdale, passed away, Sunday, May 10, 2015. He was a truck driver for Pyles Transport, member of KY Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association and also member of National Street Rod Association. He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Wise and brother Stephen Wayne.
Survived by his wife, Pamela, daughters, Erin (Gary Bishop) & Ashley Wise, mother, Betty Wise, step son, Logan Thompson (Megan), sisters, Doreen Hampton (Dale) & Laura Ratterman (Mike), brother, Gary Wise (Jeannie), grandchildren, Nathan, Madison, Kylie, Mikie & Myia, former wife, Donise and her husband, Gary Colvin and several nieces & nephews. Funeral service will be 12 Noon Thursday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Rd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be 3-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home, also after 9am Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
