41, of Fairdale, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Franklin. She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly, Ashley and Tesia Franklin; mother, Wanda Franklin,; brother, Benji Franklin; grandfather, Joseph Risinger (Wanda); stepdad, Edd Franklin; nephew, Chad Franklin; fiancé’ Wayne Smith and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road with burial in Coral Ridge Cemetery. Visitation for Melissa will be 1-8 p.m. Thursday and noon-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
