Lawrence "Larry" Herdt

Larry was a member of Fairdale Baptist Church, he was known for being super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. He never met a stranger. Larry loved playing bingo with his mother, and he knew everything there was to know about cars.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Sandra Potter.

Larry is survived by his sister, Paulette Miller; brother, William Herdt (Mattie); nieces, Michele Brooks, Cindi Huff (Gordon), Melissa Ballenger (Marty), Tammy Coulter, Paula Herdt; nephews, Billy Herdt, Patrick Miller (Marcia), Lynn Miller (Andrea), Michael Potter; many loving great-nieces and great-nephews; and special friends, Phil Kane, Mark and Cheryl Shields.

Visitation for Larry will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 2-6pm at Fairdale McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road, Fairdale, KY. Service will be on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 10am with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to Crusades for Children.
