Joseph Howell, 60, of Louisville, passed away March 31, 2016 at his residence. He was a former owner of Howell Roofing.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Viola Howell and his sister, Patricia Howell.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Jennifer Howell, son, Anthony Stoke, sister, Delena Spalding and several nieces, great nieces and cousins.
