Jean Ellen Locke, 77, OF LOUISVILLE, - passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 at her residence. She was a retired accountant for Federal Reserve Bank & member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church, where she volunteered in many ways including helping with CCD classes, picnics & given donations to many different organizations. She was a very fun loving, sassy, giving entertaining lady. She was the glue that held her family together.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Durward, sisters, Helen & Theresa, brothers, Joseph, Gerald, Leon, Kevin & William. She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Glen & William, sister, Rita, grandchildren, Lindsey & Jordan, great grandchildren, Reece, Jayden & Chelsea & great niece April.
A funeral mass will be held 10AM Wednesday at St Athanasius Catholic Church 5915 Outer Loop Louisville, KY with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation for Jean will be 2-8PM Monday & Tuesday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Road. Expressions of sympathy may be made to American Diabetes.
