Ernest Gene Hon, 95, entered into rest on Wednesday March 19, 2025. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Annie Christine Hon; Grandson, Chad Muir; Parents, William and Nellie May (Noel) Hon and 2 Sibling’s; Ernest attended Brookside Wesleyan Methodist Church in Brooks, Ky and Retired from American Standard. He is survived by his Daughter, Dorcas Kamber (Gilbert); Son, Harry Hon (Glenda); Grandchildren, Roy Muir, Daniel Muir and Laura Hon; 6 – Great Grandchildren; His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11am at the Fairdale – McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road in Fairdale, Ky. With Burial following in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Sparta, Ky. Visitation will be held on Monday March 24, 2025 from 12 noon to 8pm at the funeral home.
