He is survived by his daughter, Haylee, sons, Hayden & Jayden, mother of his children & love of his life, Krista Decker, parents, Victor & Cindy Jackey, sister, Melissa, brother Chris & nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
Funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Rd. with burial in Mt. Holly Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Monday and after Noon on Tuesday until time of service.
In memory of Dewayne, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
