Christopher McIntosh

Christopher “Chris” Michael McIntosh, unexpectedly passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 in his beloved hometown of Fairdale, KY at the age of 51. He was born July 18, 1970 in Fairdale, KY to the late Kenneth "Kenny" Michael and Deborah “Debbie” Ann McIntosh.

Chris is survived by his siblings, Cynthia "Cindy" Haas (Chad), Corvette "Corey" McIntosh (Tabatha); children, Sabrina Nelson, Frank Evans III, Justin Evans, and Savannah Scarlott; his grand-children; niece, Ciarra Jones (Logan); nephews, Jordan Losik, Brett McIntosh; aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Chris was the kindest most loving person anyone would meet. He never knew a stranger and everyone he met loved him. Chris attended St. Jerome Elementary School and Fairdale High School where he made many life-long friends. He loved his family, his dogs, watching NASCAR races and was a proud member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. As a painter, Chris traveled the country working with his Union Brothers, making friends wherever he went.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 2-6pm with a prayer service at 4pm at Fairdale McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road, Fairdale, KY.
