She was a former CSR for LG&E and former Fraud Investigator for Bank of America Merchant Services.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Joseph A. (Joe) Merrick; parents, Glen and Libby Embry; grandparents, John and Myrtle Boggs; and Cleatus and Vauda Embry.
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Amanda Clark (Brandon); granddaughters, Grace Clark, Ryleigh Clark; sister, Glenda Helm; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022 from 12-8pm at Fairdale McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road, Fairdale, KY. Service will be on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 11am with burial to follow at Pennsylvania Run Cemetery.
