Sandra "Sandy" K. Howard

Howard, Sandra “Sandy” K., age 74 of New Carlisle, passed away on September 19, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Alfa Taylor, and sister Charlotte Osborne. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Bill Howard, daughters Marney (Woody) Diamond, Jennifer (Steve) Howard-Blair; grandchildren Derek Howard, Michael (Ashley) Diamond, Kyle (Cheyenne) Diamond, Katie Taylor, and Stephanie (Clayton) Taylor; great-grandchildren Olivia Shelton, Peyton Diamond, Parker Howard, Kenzie Howard, Paisley Diamond, Berkeley Leach, Carson Suttles, Mava Diamond, Emma Best, Cy Suttles, and Ruby Ray, and brother Keith Taylor. Sandy was the light of her family’s life. She made everyone feel welcome, seen, and heard. Her love was felt everywhere. She will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, September 25, 2023, at Burcham-Tobias Funeral Home with interment to follow at Byron Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Monday, September 25.
