Marie Fannin

Marie Fannin, age 83, of West Alexandria, Ohio passed away at SOIN Medical Center on Monday, July 31, 2023. Marie was born in Breathitt County, Kentucky on October 29, 1939 to parents Irvin and Sally (Henson) Turner who preceded her in death. Her husband, Ray Fannin Jr. also preceding her in death her brothers AC Turner, Walter Turner, James Turner, John Turner and her sisters Norma Tomblin and Ella Sparks.

Surviving Marie is one child, Stephen (Connie) Fannin of West Alexandria, Ohio and grandson, Scott; sisters, Lilly Lester of Fairborn, Ohio, Geneva Green (Forest Ridge), and Vicky Daniels of Vandalia, Ohio; and brother, Hobert Turner of Enon, Ohio

Marie worked at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Food Service and was a faithful worshiper in the Pentecostal Church of God.

A funeral service for Marie will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Burcham Tobias Funeral Home, 119 E Main Street, Fairborn, Ohio 45324. Following the funeral service will be a burial at 2:00 PM at Byron Cemetery, 3256 Trebein Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324.
