Helen Erma Francus age 90 preceded in death by husband, Charles of 54 years, has four children: Charles Westley Francus of Lynchburg, Virginia & daughter-in-law Sarah Heather; Helene Rose Leeth of Panama City Beach, Florida & son-in-law Richard E; David William Francus of Cincinnati, Ohio & daughter-in-law Christina F.; and Marlene Brandon of Beavercreek, Ohio & son-in-law James A. Seven grandchildren; Amanda Sue Coniglione of Providence, Rhode Island & husband Rory; Charles Landon Francus of Marietta, Georgia & wife Suzanne; Rita Marlane Hart of Dublin, Ohio & husband Shane; Charles Warren Francus of Cincinnati, Ohio and wife Brittany; Peter David Francus of Cincinnati, Ohio; Tyler Douglas Walters of Dayton, Ohio; and Karaline Helen Hassell of Kettering, Ohio and husband Spencer. Five great grandchildren: Matthew and Sam Francus of Marietta, Georgia; Quinn and Colin Hart of Dublin, Ohio; and Tyler Charles Walters of Beavercreek, Ohio. Helen was preceded in death by her mother and father, Helen and Louis Bott of Harwick Pennsylvania; three sisters: Julia, Gertrude, and Edith and two brothers: Anthony and Louis. Helen graduated from Springdale High School in Springdale, Pennsylvania and Maison Fredrick Beauty Academy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Officer’s Wives Club at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB) Dayton, Ohio. She did volunteer work at the Senior Citizen’s Center in Fairborn, Ohio and Wright- Patterson AFB Medical Center. Helen requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Senior Citizens Center in Fairborn, Ohio, the Heart Association of Dayton, Ohio, or Hospice of Dayton, Ohio. Friends may call in the Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio on Saturday, August 25, 2012 11AM - Noon where services will follow at Noon.
