Donnie Elliott

ELLIOTT, DONNIE, age 68 of Fairborn, passed away on Wednesday March 15. 2023 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton. He was born in West Liberty, Kentucky on December 30, 1954 to Henry and Lillian (Moore) Elliott. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Allen Elliott. Donnie is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Mandy and Shane Marlow, his son Chad Elliott and his former daughter-in-law Rebecca Turk, his grandchildren Brianna Elliott, Nathanial Larrick (fiancé Cassie Wheeler), Christopher Larrick, Kerstin Adduci and her husband Joshua and Mercades Elliott, his great grandchildren Channing Adduci, Carson Larrick and one on the way, a boy named Leighton Adduci, his sisters Brenda (Robert) Riggsby and Linda Thompson and his brother Ricky Elliott and his niece April Thompson.

Donnie built cars from the ground up, wheeling and dealing and trading up for better vehicles. He worked for 25 years in Maintenance at the Upper Valley Mall in Springfield with his father. He also worked Maintenance in factories and at Walmart for over 10 years .

Donnie always had a goofy attitude, always playing around, goofing off and making funny noises trying to scare someone. He scared easily. You could walk up behind him, poke him and he’d jump “higher than a cat”.

Donnie worked hard all his life and so enjoyed his family. He was a protector of his daughter and son and his grandkids, and would do anything for them and his entire family. He was such a kind and gentle man and will be missed by so many

Family will receive friends on Wednesday March 22, 2023 from 11:00am to 12:00 noon at the Burcham Tobias Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St., Fairborn, Ohio. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00. Burial will be at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn, Ohio.
