Longtime resident of Rancho Cordova passed away peacefully on September 18, 2010 at the age of 78. Bill was born in Trimble, Tennessee on October 27, 1931. He was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Yoshiko, and his children David (Shirley), Victor, Derrick (Denise), Trina Knight (Floyd), grandchildren Aja, Ashley, Robert, Richard, Takara and Tevin, and his brothers Thomas (Josephine) and James (Kate) Morgan. He served 23 years in the Air Force, and after retiring in Rancho Cordova, he worked for 15 years at McClellan AFB. He loved baseball and was a lifelong Dodgers fan, and enjoyed his grandkids. Vernon in Fair Oaks, (916) 969-1251, on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 10:00 am. Public viewing will be at 9:00 am.
