Warren passed following a long fought battle against cancer at the age of 81 years. His death was preceded by his loving wife of 26 years, Betty Scott. Warren was born on June 24, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the parents of George Wendell Scott (II) and Catherine Volkens. Warren is survived by his three sons: Eric Scott (Diana), Brian Scott (Renee) and Christian Scott (Angela) from his first marriage to Regina Scott. Warren is also survived by his three grandchildren: Brittany Scott, Bayley Guzman (John Paul) and Aaliyah Scott. Warren shared an inseparable bond with his brother, George Wendell Scott (III). George’s son, Michael Scott (Roberta), daughter Barbara Scott (Jon) and her son Garrison Scott cherished their shared lives with Uncle Warren. Warren was a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force retiring at the rank of Master Sergeant. He moved on to retire from a second career in the private sector. Warren was a smart, caring man who loved his family dearly. Warren especially loved his wife, Betty, and their cat, Stretch. Warren was passionate for the game of golf, fishing, gardening, video games and working with his hands. He valued self-responsibility, learning and integrity. Warren was a husband, father, uncle, grandfather, friend and neighbor. Those whose lives were touched by Warren will miss him.
