She was born in Pasadena, CA on Feb. 20, 1930 and lived the past 50 years in Carmichael.
Nancy taught elementary school for 31 years in the Sacramento area. In retirement, Nancy was active as a volunteer,
traveled extensively, parachuted from an airplane at the age of 80, and most recently published a cookbook,
Kathryn’s Kitchen. Nancy is survived by two sons, David (Laura) and Andrew (Michelle); daughter, Stephanie Wolfe; 7 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by cherished family members: Phil (husband), Christopher (son), Rachael (granddaughter), and Devin (great grandson). Friends are invited to celebrate Nancy’s life on Monday, August 19 at Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 10:00 a.m., 5057 Cottage Way, Carmichael.
