Born in California on November 27, 1942; passed away November 18, 2011. He was a devoted father to Lucas and Kristene, Bill, Phyllis and his son-in-law Oscar; loving grandfather to Kaylin, Bianca, and Oliver; beloved brother to June, Jack, Fran, Betty & Floyd; loving husband of 19 years to Carole Foster. He was a life long resident of the Sacramento area and a retired civilian of the U.S. Federal Government.
Visitation will be 10am-1pm, Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011 at Mount Vernon Mortuary, 8201 Greenback Ln. Fair Oaks, Calif., with a Celebration of Lloyd’s life at 1:00pm; burial to follow also at Mount Vernon.
