Jean passed away peacefully at 91 years of age, on May 2nd, 2015 in the home of Larry and Trudy Walters with her husband Pete by her side. They were married 42 years. She was born in Oklahoma, Feb. 16th, 1924 to Homer and Martha Camp. She had one brother, Dick Camp who preceded her in death. Jean graduated from Bowlegs High School in Oklahoma and spent most of her adult years in Sacramento. She retired from Crocker/Wells Fargo Bank after 41 years and served as president for the Wells Fargo Retiree’s Club. She also volunteered and served in various positions on the Mac Board at the Sacramento Manor apartments where she and Pete lived for 17 years. She had many lifelong friends that she kept in touch with and she enjoyed spending time with family and loved to dance, read and play games. Jean is survived by her husband Pete, daughter Linda Westburg of Sacramento, step-daughters Trudy (Larry) Walters of Battle Ground WA and Dixie (Eric) Hagquist of rural Alaska, 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She is loved by many and will never be forgotten, we are thankful for all the memories we will carry in our hearts. Friends and family are invited to come for visitation and viewing Sunday May 17th, 2015 from 2-5pm and attend her Celebration of Life funeral on Monday May 18th, 2015 at 10am.
