Charles Frederick Ingram Jr. (Fred) was born on July 23rd, 1935 and passed away on October
31st, 2021. Fred was born in San Francisco, Ca. Fred served in the ROTC in high school and
College. Fred joined the California Army National Guard where he served 3 yrs. Fred talked
about his days in the Guard and was proud to serve his country. Fred married Diana Dunlop and had 4 children together. Much of that time was spent in Manhattan Beach, California before moving to Sacramento, California. Fred married Patricia Sullivan in 1984 and was married until Patricia passed away January, 2021. Fred is survived by his three children Catherine, Chuck, Pamela and their families. His son Willy passed away several years ago. Fred passed away as a content and happy person who always had a zest for life. Fred believed in our Lord and Savior, a great comfort for the family. We will all miss him.
