Sandra K. Porter

She was a Preschool teacher at the Country Dawn Preschool & Childcare in Lake Stevens, WA. Ms. Sandy, as her kids called her, was loved by everyone who met her. She dedicated her life to helping others, especially children.

Sandy has three boys, Dylan, (20) Cody (19), and Zeb (15). To Sandy that was her greatest accomplishment in life and she dedicated her life to being a mother and friend to them.

Sandy also knew the Lord and had expressed many times that she was not afraid to leave this earth and be with Him. There is no doubt that He was waiting for her with open arms and now has, "Our Angel."

Sandy was preceded in death by her brother, Rick; step-mother, Mary; uncles, Jack and Bob; Aunt Dot; and grandparents.

Besides her three boys, Sandy leaves behind her husband, Tom; her parents, Gene and Kay; brothers, Gene and his wife, Wendy; Rod and wife, Barb; Gary and wife, Dolly; sister, Diana; and sister, Tammie and husband, Bill; She also has numerous nieces; nephews; and great-nephews.

Sandy will be missed by everyone who knew her and everyone whose life she touched. There will be a celebration of her life at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 24, at the Hope Church of Silver Lake, 11329 23rd Dr. SE., Everett, WA, 98208. There will be a reception following at the home of her niece, Jolene.
