Michael “Mike” Eiden was born in Seattle, WA on April 22nd 1954 to Laverne Jones and Wesley Charles of Tulalip WA, he was raised by his parents James and Dorothy Eiden in Lynnwood, WA where he went to Meadowdale High School.
Later in life he reconnected with his tribal family and heritage at Tulalip Tribes, where he spent the rest of his life surrounded by family and friends. Mike always lived his life to the fullest, enjoying every moment. He enjoyed his road trips with Tom and Sophia, especially going to the ocean. He always shared a story, laughter, joke or a toke. He was a very loving and outgoing person and was loved by so many. Mike always expressed how grateful he was for everything the tribe provided for us.
Mike was a fisherman and crabber, he also held jobs as a cement finisher, a repo man for Thornberry’s car lot and a cannabis tester.
He was proceeded in death by his parents James and Dorothy Eiden, Laverne Jones and Wesley Charles; his uncle Stanley Jones Sr who he loved so dearly and his number one buddy “Champ”; Sister Sharon Lee Jones; his high school sweetheart and fiancé Debbie Boober; and many other relatives.
He is survived by his brother’s Tom Eiden and Donny Jo Charles; sisters Dorothy (Dick) Smith, Diana Charles, Audrey Charles and, Mary (Roy) Anderson; aunts JoAnn Jones, Virginia Carpenter, Dawn Simpson, Joy Lacy; uncles Marvin Jones, Delmer Jones, Dale (Barb) Jones and Richard (Toby) Jones; nephew Mark Rossman “Moco”; his baby girl Sofia Pittman who was like a daughter to him, his special family Lesta Luke, Susan Yenter and nephews Ethan, David , Kaleb and Jakub Pittman and niece Emma Pittman; his special Bro’s Billy Gobin, Devin Napheai and Carlton Aranda; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mike was a man of faith; he attended the Sedro Wooley Community Church. Mike would pray every day and ask for the Lord to watch over the elders, children, animals, mentally challenged, homeless and Covid19ers.
