Kirk Lewis Edwards

Kirk graduated from the University of Washington in 1972 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Rhetoric and Public Address. He soon later received a Graduate Degree in Real Estate in 1975.

Kirk successfully managed several residential real estate offices in Snohomish County before he co-founded KR Business Brokers in Everett, Washington in 1984 with co-founder Randi Calderon-Edwards which is still thriving today thanks to Kirk’s passion and dedication to helping other people.

He always loved negotiating a deal. If you asked him he would always say he loved to win. While negotiating a deal or at the casino, he won. Kirk also enjoyed camping with his family, rodeos, travelling abroad, driving fast and eating the absolute hottest peppers he could find.

He is survived by his wife, Randi Calderon-Edwards; his two sons, Elliott Edwards (fiancée, Molly) of Colorado and Jonathan “Jonny” & (Chelsea) Edwards of Gold Bar, Washington; grandson, Ethan Doser; brother, Mark & (Bunny) Edwards; step-daughter, Mandi Calderon & (Dr. Justin Gooden); special friend, Claudia; and the mother of his children, Barbara Edwards. Kirk will be missed by all of his family and friends.

Memorial Service at 2:00 pm on Saturday July 28th at Evergreen Funeral Home in Everett, Washington.

In lieu of flowers, his family suggests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the American Cancer Society in his name.
