Karen Lee Lipscomb

Karen was born November 2, 1934 to Henry and Elmi Wold of Lake Quinault, Washington. She graduated from Lake Quinault High School and attended Grays Harbor College. She retired from The Boeing Company in 1995. She had resided in Mukilteo for the past 27 years.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents, son, Norry and daughter, Shawna.

She had been in declining health for the past few years.

Karen is survived by her husband of 50+ years, Cecil; sons, Kern (Jean); Laren; brother, Kevin (Linda) Wold of Seattle; grandkids, Jana, Andy, Jacob, Amy, Jessica, Kaelin, Michelle and Kristen; great grandkids, Grant and Logan. Special friends Merle and Jeanne Weese, Carman and Nancy Selbee, special niece and nephew Keeley and Henry Wold.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 noon-12:30 and following the service.

Funeral service will be held, Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy. Graveside Service will follow at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, Everett, WA.
