Born on March 4, 1958, in Lahore, Pakistan, to Ahmed Hameed and Mohini Das, Isaiah’s life was a testament to perseverance and purpose. In 1977, he made the courageous move to Seattle with his parents. The Pacific Northwest became a place that became his home and where he would build a life grounded in family, faith, and community.

A devout Christian, Isaiah lived his life in humble service to God and others. His quiet strength and deep spirituality guided his every action, and his faith never wavered through life’s joys and sorrows.
He served the people of King County with dedication and pride as a Coach Operator for Metro Transit, retiring after 20 years of faithful service.
Isaiah’s heart belonged to his family. He is survived by his three children—Michelle Hameed, Joel Hameed, and Jesse Hameed; his daughter-in-law Mariah Hameed, and his precious grandchildren, Mia Janaqi and Daniel Hameed. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, wisdom, and love that will echo through the generations.
Isaiah's life was a reflection of grace and dignity. He touched many lives with his gentle presence and is fondly remembered by all who had the honor of knowing him. Though he has departed from this world, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those he loved so dearly.
