September 23, 1945 – March 3, 2018
“In my heart there rings a melody of Heaven’s harmony,” is what brings us comfort today. Darlene Rae Doyle, shared a wonderful life in Everett, Washington with her husband of 42 years, Oliver Doyle (Ollie), and children (Martin Daniels, Robin Koozer and Suzanne DiAsio). She was a beloved “Nana” to her grandchildren Mark, Tyler, Andrea, Elissa (E-Lis-a), and Vianne (V-on). She welcomed all with love and kindness as her heart “Rang the Melody of God’s Love” every day. Darlene shared this unconditional love and kindness with others throughout her life. Her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family and friends were dear to her heart. She always had time for a hug.
Darlene was the woman that invited you in when you had nowhere to go, extending her kindness and home. She lived a life serving our Lord and Savior. She shared her passion with others to go out and spread God’s love through missions, volunteering and simply showing others kindness. She always had something brewing, another mission, a party or just dominos with friends. Some of her favorite passions were supporting local and international programs such as Helping Hands International Ministries, Days for Girls, Everett Gospel Mission, Women’s Pregnancy Center, Hospice, Lowell Elementary School and her local Madison Community Church. Her passion was helping others…
Darlene loved sewing, quilting especially. Darlene and Ollie had their third Mission trip to Peru in sight. They had previously gone to Peru and taught upholstery and sewing to the locals, bringing supplies and lots of love to share. She was preparing for upcoming Peru Mission trip days away.
Darlene passed on March 3, 2018, as God opened the Heavenly gates and welcomed her home. She shared love and compassion to all throughout her life. Two weeks ago she told her family that, “If she were to die, she had lived a wonderful life and was very happy”. She will be remembered and missed for her exceptional gift of spreading love, kindness and compassion to others…God’s Love.
