Timothy Charles Moers

He was a 1975 graduate of North High School. Tim served in the Navy and was stationed at Coronado Island in San Diego, California aboard the USS Enterprise. He married his wife, Sue, in 1980. Tim was a master welder and traveled the world working in his field. He loved animals and was the father and papa to several beloved dogs. Tim enjoyed riding motorcycles, the outdoors, fishing, and most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 36 years, Sue Moers; brother, David Moers; and sister, Judith Moers.

He is survived by his daughter, Diana Moers (Kyhle); son, Kevin Moers (Carina); daughter, Karen Moers (Robby); sisters, Becky Bohrer (Bob) and Kathie Nelson (Jim); brother, John Moers (Mary); nieces, Mary Peckenpaugh, Sara Grubb, Chris Sides; nephew, Bill Moers; cousin, Jeanne Franklin; and many other extended family members.

A Celebration of Life Service, with full military rites, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Alexander East Chapel. Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and are invited to stay for the service at the funeral home.
