He enjoyed reading about history. He spent time building models and painting miniatures. Steven also loved animals and cherished the time he spent with his pets. He will be deeply missed by his loved ones.
Steven was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara A. Rutledge; father, James O Rutledge; sister, Cynthia Rutledge.
He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Blackburn (Eric); son, Jacob Rutledge (Kimberly); niece, Cora Herron (Christopher Willoughby); nephew, Christopher Herron (Stephanie); granddaughters, Violet Blackburn, Brinkley Rutledge, Mila Rutledge; great nephews, Alexander Herron, Jasper Willoughby, Connor Herron; great nieces, Kaleigh Willoughby, Hannah Nelson.
