Steven C. Deer

Steven Curtis Deer, 63, of Evansville, IN passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at his home. He was born in Gary, IN on April 30, 1961. Steven was a manager in the hospitality industry for many years and enjoyed it very much. He formerly owned an antique store and was an avid collector of antiques. Steve graduated from Merrillville High School in 1980. He was an easy going person and loved watching older movies. Steven was preceded in death by his father, Earl E. Deer and mother, Mary Jane Woodman. He is survived by his brother, Robert Deer (Trish); sisters, Cynthia Davenport, Susan Fischer (Scott), Mary Jane Bushell (Chuck); and many nieces and nephews.
