Shana Lynn Wade, 44, of Evansville, passed away Monday, November 2, 2015, at her home. She was born October 16, 1971, in Evansville, to Frank Boyd and Patsy (Goforth) Phillips.
Shana is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Wade; mother and step-father, Patsy and John Phillips; father and step-mother, Frank Boyd and Ann Myers; children, Kassy Jo and Gregeory Austin Allison; step-children, Harley, Brandon, Breanna Wade; grandchildren, Rylan, Ryder and Rhys; brothers, Ransom “Ty” and Shawn Vanlue, Darrell Boyd and Brett Tillotson; and step-sister, Kelly Weir.
Funeral services were held 7:00 PM Friday, November 6, 2015, at Alexander West Chapel. Friends visited Friday from 3:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
