Sarah Elizabeth Johnson

Sarah Elizabeth Johnson, 90, of Evansville, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015, at her daughter’s home. She was born August 20, 1924, in Indianapolis, IN to the late Roy James and Mary Ellen (Foster) Middleton.

She conducted tours of the Reitz home and was a member of Bethel Temple where she sang in the Saints Alive Choir.

Sarah was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Catherine Demaree; and her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan C. Waller of Evansville, IN; son, Jeffrey D. Johnson of Carmel, IN; five grandchildren, Dustin, Sarah, Mariellen and Michael Waller, and Thomas Johnson; and great-grandson, Aidan Schwambach.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2015, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Tom Hubachek. Friends may visit Friday from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
