He retired from the Railroad after 40 years. He served in the Marines in Korea. He was a member of the VFW 1114.
Ronald enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years and later in life he enjoyed hanging out with his friends at the VFW.
He was a member of Howell United Methodist Church.
Ronald is survived by his son, Keith; daughter, Vicki; grandson, Andrew Bernard; brother, Terry Bernard; sisters, Gayle Wright and Donna Bernard.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit from 1:00 PM until service time on Thursday.
