Robert R Kieffner

Bob was born December 25, 1940 in Louisville, KY to the late Herbert and Hilda (Krodel) Kieffner. He worked for Whirlpool Corporation for 33 years before his retirement in 1996 and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Surviving Bob are his wife of 49 years, Cheri (Coffman) Kieffner; two sons, Doug (Erin) Kieffner of Evansville and Jeremy (Tracey) Kieffner of Newburgh, IN; a sister, Mary Ann Kieffner of Jasper, IN and four grandchildren, Sidney, Raymond, Samuel and Jacob Kieffner.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Euline Ludwig.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 10, 2017 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 2300 Washington Ave, Rev. Don Gray officiating. Entombment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street and from 10:00 A.M. until service time on Friday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
