Penny L. Palmer, 57, of Evansville, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2020. She was born March 2, 1962 in Evansville to the late Marshall and Hazel (Brown) Lile.
She enjoyed craft shows and making crafts. She was a volunteer for Susan G. Komen Foundation and Gilda’s House.
Penny was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny Palmer; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
She is survived by son, Darrel Palmer of Evansville; sisters, Rebecca Casteel, Catherine
Timmons (Ernie), Ramona Hillenbrand (Mike), Hattie Gill (Jimmy) and Ginger Elderbrook, brothers, Ray Lile (Sandy) and Donald Lile and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, officiated by Bro. William Heard, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, March 2, 2020 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the cemetery chapel.
