Peggy Stroud, 77, of Elberfeld, IN, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020. She was born March 26, 1943 in Evansville to the late Homer and Ruby (Pemberton) Brownfield.
Peggy worked at Deaconess Hospital as a CNA for 30 years. She was a loving person, who put the needs of others before herself. She will be deeply missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Stroud, and daughter, Dara Stroud Preske.
Peggy is survived by daughter, Becky Smith (Ed); grandchildren, Megan Morgan, Steven Ricer (Jennifer), Tasha Aldridge and Brittny Wood (Major), and 6 great-grandchildren.
