Pauline (Roeder) Covey

Pauline (Roeder) Covey, 92 of Evansville, IN passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at Linda E White Hospice House. She was born in Evansville, IN on April 15, 1927 to the late John and Elenora Roeder.

Pauline along with her husband, graduated from F. J. Reitz High School in 1945. She was a long-time member of Howell UMC. Pauline’s family was everything to her, she was a loving wife, mother and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Lee Roy Covey; one sister and three brothers.

She is survived by her son, Rick Covey (Patty); daughter, Janet Burkes (Randy); son, Gary Covey (Tricia); grandchildren, Brittney and Ryan Covey, Meghan Irvine (Albert), Patrick Covey, Kevin and Nathan Reis, Cindy Eastwood, Sandy Tremont (Nick), Wendy Burkes and Heather Osborne (Chris), Nichole Oswald (Chad), Adam Covey (Christie Pace), Tasha Worman, Dustin Worman (Sharity), Gabrielle Davis.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Alexander West Chapel officiated by Pastor Terry Gamblin with entombment to follow in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday January 6, 2020 and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
